Financial Statements 175 Directors’ Declaration In the opinion of the Directors of Lendlease Corporation Limited (the Company): 1. The financial statements and notes and the remuneration disclosures contained in the Remuneration Report in the Directors’ Report are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 , including: a. Giving a true and fair view of the financial position of the Consolidated Entity as at 30 June 2024 and of its performance for the financial year ended on that date; and b. Complying with Australian Accounting Standards (including the Australian Accounting Interpretations) and the Corporations Regulations 2001 . 2. The financial statements and notes also comply with International Financial Reporting Standards as disclosed in the Basis of Preparation. 3. The Consolidated Entity Disclosure Statement as at 30 June 2024 required by Section 295(3A) of the Corporations Act 2001 is true and correct. 4. There are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable. 5. The Directors have been given the declarations required by Section 295A of the Corporations Act 2001 from the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director and Group Chief Financial Officer for the financial year ended 30 June 2024.
