FY25 LTA Changes In FY25, LTA plan will move from referencing three to two performance hurdles focussing on securityholder returns. The changes will include: • Removal of CAGR % in IM ROIC; • Increased weighting from 33% to 50% on Relative Total Shareholder Return (TSR); and • Increased weighting from 33% to 50% on Statutory Return on Equity (ROE).
