In 1996, Lend Lease purchased the
11.7 hectare site from Colonial Sugar
Refining Co. Ltd with plans for revitalisation
and transformation of the development into
a vibrant inner-city precinct with integrated
residential, commercial and retail space now
known as Jacksons Landing.

Developed and constructed
by Lend Lease in conjunction
with our joint venture partners,
Kerry Properties and Reco Star,
a subsidiary of Government
of Singapore Investment
Corporation, the urban
regeneration of Pyrmont offers
proven design excellence
and diversity.
Jacksons Landing’s mixed use of
low-rise to high-rise apartments,
terraces and heritage loft
conversions, pays homage to its
legacy by incorporating a slice
of heritage in the naming of
each building. The development
accentuates itself with over
3.2 hectares of public open
space including four parks,
700 metres of harbour frontage,
extensive landscaping and
first-class amenities.
Amenities include 24-hour security,
a five-lane indoor heated pool,
gymnasium, two tennis courts
